Your typical electric planer is made up of a planning body that houses an electric motor. The motor powers the roller on which the blades are attached, mimicking the glide of a hand-powered planer, but with very little effort involved. Simply push the button and the fine blade will seamlessly remove wood shavings until you have achieved the desired result. In addition to that, for increased comfort and stability, there is a knob located at the front of the device, just like a hand-powered planer, allowing you to guide the device with precision and whilst remaining in complete control.
