Its tempered door glass is hard to break, and the left-hinged side-opening door comes with an automatic stop when tilted. The appliance features a start button and heating time adjustment dial that can be pre-set in 10-second increments within 20 minutes. Additionally, it comes with a reminder alert, notifying users with three short beep sounds every 1-2 minutes if the microwave door is not opened for a minute after heating. Its internal cavity light turns on when the door is opened and during heating, and it has a battery fuel gauge to monitor battery life.
